 How will I pay for the case?
We would suggest you contact us to discuss your funding options. There are however the following ways to fund your claim:
Public Funding (Legal Aid):
If you are financially eligible this will provide initial cover up to the start of the employment claim. Thereafter, we will have to discuss with you alternative funding.
Legal Expenses Insurance
Contingency Fee Agreement ('No Win No Fee Agreement')
this agreement means that we are only paid if we recover an award for you from the Tribunal and is based upon a percentage of your Compensation Payment. This is the option most of our Clients choose.
Private Paying
Where none of the above options apply, we are happy to act on a private basis. We will provide full costs estimates and provide a case plan for the total costs involved.
