The breakdown of any relationship is hard enough but when there are children involved everything seems that little bit more complicated. Questions such as:
- who will they live with?
- when will they see the other parent?
- what financial support should be paid/received?
- can I take the children on holiday?
So many questions arise in relation to the children and we will answer them and help put arrangements in place to minimise any future problems.
The making of major decisions in respect of children can also prove difficult. Who should decide where the children go to school for example. The answer to this really depends on who has parental responsibility for the children- a large number of partners do not realise that they do not have this until they separate from the Childs mother- something that we can easily resolve.
