What Happens if you Lose?
You will not be charged any fee for professional services which we have carried out in relation to your claim for compensation if you are unsuccessful. You would, however, remain liable for any expenses we have reasonably incurred on your behalf, such as the cost of experts reports, Court fees etc.
What Happens if you Win?
If a claim is successful, our fees and expenses would be met by the other party?s insurers.
What Happens if the Agreement Ends Before Negotiations are Completed?
If either Addison Madden or you decide to terminate the Agreement before negotiations are complete, you will be liable to pay a reasonable fee plus VAT for the work carried out and remain responsible for any outlays.
Your Responsibilities
You must co-operate fully with us and provide all necessary information and instructions.
Other Forms of Funding
In some cases, Legal Aid or other forms of funding may be available to pay for outlays such as medical reports and police accident reports etc. Addison Madden would be happy to discuss this matter further with you.
